The water pump is bad on our l565 new holland skid steer. Do I need to remove the radiator and oil cooler and go in from the back side to get the pump off? Also will I have a problem with air in the hydraulic system if I need to remove the oil cooler?
#1. How do you know the water pump is the problem??? You could have a stuck thermostat or a plugged radiator. It might even have blown a head gasket. Run it and see if the radiator hose above the thrmostat is getting hot. If not then change the thermostat.
