Nothing will move. I turned it off and on several times, hydrastatic alarm comes on right away. I'm hoping its a stuck "over pressure" valve somewhere.

It Has solenoid that disengages it. Seat belt and seat switch can cause it, or you could have loosened wire when installing the wiper switch. If the hydrostat shaft does not turn then the drive plate at the back of the engine has failed. If the hydrostat pump shaft does turn and the hydraulic pump shaft is not broken, then disassemble the hydraulic pump and check for internal damage. I think you can pull them very, very, very, very, very slow without wrecking the pumps. Best thing to do would be to slowly pull it on to a trailer and bring it to the shop. I am not guaranteeing any of this advice. Maybe the dealer would know the limits on pulling it around.
