Now for the adjustment. Remove the Goofy clip that holds the cyl. to the curved arm. now the curved arm should move around freely. Loosen jam nut and slide arm off the splines and reposition a few splines over the correct direction.
What you have to do is remove cotter pin ref #20 then rotate the lever ref 16 the unit left side down, and the unit right side up, 1 or 2 splines. If this has not been done before you may want to look into getting a couple of new style cotter pins, picture here, they are a lot easier to reinstall, or your unit may already have one.
