I'd feel better getting one with 2-3k on it in really good condition. 6000 seems to be the service life of a lot of components on them, drive pumps, drive motors, etc- things you do not want to replace $$$. Its not un-common to get 6,000 hours out of a Kubota. I had one with 6,000 on the clock. It was a bit of a pig to start but oil pressure was great and whan it was running it would run sweet as!
