Hello, I'm trouble shooting Parking Brake Indicator and Armrest Indicator Are Flashing on my CAT 226B serial number MJH08353. In the attached picture, in purple I highlight what I believe is the detent coil.

On occasion the Park Brake Light and Arm Rest Light will flash but this is irregular. Both lights are typically just off. I believe the machine is stuck in interlock because the hydraulics remain limp and also I can not physically hear the Park Brake solenoid actuate. I have a cat 226b skidsteer and after doing some work I turned it off but when I went to fire it up, it wouldn't start, I noticed the seat belt light won't turn off when I put the bar down. Note: the seatbelt light is not flashing it stays illuminated.
